Winner of the 2022 Santa Monica Conservancy Restoration Award, this project breathes new life into a beloved piece of Ocean Park’s architectural past. Under the direction of visionary architectural designer and developer Megan Johnson for Valencia Home, thirteen courtyard bungalows were lovingly restored to their original charm after decades of quiet decay.

Just one block from Main Street and a short walk to the shore, the property now pairs timeless character with modern interiors, lush landscaping, and a new communal deck designed for connection and celebration.

This is history, reimagined—an elegant restoration grounded in craft, beauty, and coastal soul.
